Round Ginkgo Wood Cutting Board
When it comes to convenience and ease of use, there are highly functional rubber and plastic cutting boards, but I still think wooden cutting boards offer the best experience. I love the pleasant feel of the knife as it cuts vegetables and the gentle 'ton-ton' sound. A cutting board that's too light can slide around and be difficult to use, but this one has a good weight that prevents slipping and makes it easy to use. Also, there's a slight discomfort if it's too hard or too soft, and I think the hardness of ginkgo wood is just right for a cutting board. I really want you to experience its excellent cutting feel.

"Gokugoku Nomitaku Naru Koppu" (Cup You'll Want to Gulp From)
I think I drink a lot of fluids. I always have a drink beside me, whether at the dinner table or at work, and the one I use most is this "Cup You'll Want to Gulp From." I also like thin glass cups, but this cup is the best for everyday water, tea, and coffee. Its moderate thickness gives it a sturdy feel, so I can use it casually and without worry, and its comfortable rim makes it easy to drink from. It's a really great "normal" cup that I can use without a second thought.

Plate M
This plate must have been born to serve tonkatsu. Absolutely. Initially, I only thought of it for tonkatsu, but many other uses have come to mind. There are quite a few dishes where I'd rather not place them directly on a plate, such as fried tempura with noodles, karaage (fried chicken), spring rolls, and various kushikatsu (skewered fried food). If you place them directly on this plate instead of using a tray, you'll have fewer dishes to wash, and you can serve them hot right away, which is very convenient. Plus, it looks incredibly cool! I highly recommend it as a plate with a fresh new form.
See you next week!
