By general definition, a pot is something that "boils and keeps a large amount of water warm," while a kettle is a cooking utensil that "boils a small amount of water in a short time." This "potol" is a unique tool that combines the best of both worlds: the "large capacity" characteristic of a pot and the "quick boiling" advantage of a kettle.
The material of this potol is enamel. Enamel is characterized by good heat conductivity because its surface is covered with glass, but the base material is metal. In addition, its straight shape with a wide bottom allows it to be thoroughly heated by the heat source, so water boils quickly. I think this tool has a design that is not only stylish but also functionally excellent.

Enamel is smooth and resistant to dirt, making it easy to clean. However, even if you're just boiling water, calcium and magnesium in the water can gradually accumulate. Therefore, we recommend washing it with a neutral detergent every time, wiping it thoroughly to remove moisture, and letting it dry.
Also, since the handle is made of enamel, seamlessly connected to the body, it will get very hot when heated. So, be sure to hold it firmly with a cloth or oven mitt. It can be used with both gas stoves and IH cooktops.

Product Features and Important Notes

• After use, wash with a neutral detergent and sponge, then wipe thoroughly to dry.
• Do not use metal scrubbers or abrasives.
• The surface of enamel is glass-like, so impacts can cause chipping or cracking. If chipped, the underlying metal may be exposed, and if moisture remains on this exposed part, it may rust easily, so please be careful.
• Do not allow it to boil dry. If it boils dry, do not pour water on it; wait for it to cool naturally.
