I wanted something that wouldn't feel out of place when placed next to chopsticks, wouldn't leave my hand feeling heavy even after finishing a meal, and could be used for a long time without showing noticeable scratches or wear. As I searched for a fork and spoon that would be stress-free to use and suitable for everyday meals, I found this "Carisma" cutlery.
I don't know the origin of the name, but contrary to its somewhat prominent name, it's a standard, natural, unassuming presence that dedicates itself to serving delicious food, like a backstage helper. Its clean, refreshing presence is appealing. The spoon has a neat, oval shape that feels good in the mouth, and the fork has thin, long tines, giving it a slim impression, and it delightfully twists around pasta. Also, I'd like to mention the moderate thickness of the handle. If the handle is too thick, it adds to the weight, which can lead to hand fatigue as you eat, or bulkiness when stored. This "Carisma" largely eliminates such stress. Coupled with its matte finish, it's a neat, tidy, and somewhat elegant cutlery. For those with larger hands or who prefer a substantial feel, the table size is recommended. For more casual and versatile everyday use, the dessert size is ideal.

Thinking about meals made at home, opportunities to serve substantial meat dishes like steak aren't frequent, but they do come up for special occasions or entertaining. In such cases, I highly recommend cutting and eating meat with this Carisma dinner knife, which offers a stable and secure cutting experience.
