Regarding your order

Regarding the shipping date

Orders are typically shipped by the next business day.

Even with a high volume of orders, we guarantee shipment within 3 business days at the latest.

About Shipping Fees

A shipping fee of 900 yen (tax included) will be charged per order.

Adding items to an order after it has been placed

We cannot add items to an order after it has been placed.

You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it.

Please cancel your order and then reorder with the desired changes.

Regarding a change to the delivery address

We are unable to change the shipping address after an order has been placed.

If you wish to change the shipping address, please cancel the order within one hour of placing it and then reorder with the correct address.

Alternatively, you may also contact the delivery company directly to request a change of address after the product has been shipped.

About Gift Wrapping

We do not offer gift wrapping or noshi services.

Please be assured that we do not include any delivery notes or similar documents that show prices.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it.

Cancellations can be made on your account page after logging in.

Regarding gifts

Please rest assured that we do not include any documents such as delivery slips that show prices.

Please note that we do not offer gift wrapping or "noshi" (Japanese ceremonial gift wrap).

Regarding International Shipping

We do not ship internationally.

Regarding Payment

Types of Payment Methods

The payment methods available at kikkake are as follows:

For product payments,

the following payment methods are available:

■Credit Cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX / Diners / DISCOVER)

■Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal

Regarding changes to your payment method

Payment methods cannot be changed after an order has been placed.

You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it.

To change your payment method, please cancel your order and then place a new one.

Regarding the delivery note

The delivery note is not included with the delivered product.
You can check your order details on your account page after logging in.

Regarding the receipt

If you would like a receipt, please email us at info@kikakke-store.com with the following information:

・Order number (four digits)
・Recipient name
・Purpose of payment (If not specified, "product代" will be used.)

We will send you the receipt in PDF format via email. We do not issue receipts by mail.

About shipping

Regarding Delivery Date and Time Settings

You can choose your preferred delivery date and time when placing your order.

Delivery dates can be selected between 3 and 9 days after the order date.

If you place an order without selecting a delivery date, we will ship it as soon as possible.

Regarding the delivery company

We will ship via Yamato Transport.

Depending on the product, we may ship either by Kuroneko Yamato Takkyubin or

Yamato Mail-Bin.

Regarding holding at a sales office

We do not ship to business offices for pickup.

If you wish to do so, please check the tracking number after the product has been shipped,

and contact the respective shipping company yourself.

Returns & Exchanges

Regarding returns

We accept returns within 10 days of product delivery.

Please contact info@kikkake-store.com with your order number and request for a return.

We will provide return instructions via email.

Returns are only accepted for unused items.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for food products due to customer convenience.

About the exchange

As a general rule, we do not accept product exchanges unless the product is defective.

However, we may be able to accommodate your request in some cases.

In case of a defective product

Should the product be defective, we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund.

Please send an email to info@kikkake-store.com with your order number,

details of the defect, and whether you prefer an exchange or a refund.

If we do not have stock for an exchange, we will process a refund.
