This is our "Gift Packing" service, where we don't wrap each item in wrapping paper or bags, but instead use gift-appropriate cushioning and materials so that the recipient will be delighted when they open the delivery box, and include a message card to send it directly as a gift. We offer 6 types of cards for various occasions: Thanks for you / Gift for you / Happy Birthday / Happy Wedding / Merry Christmas / Happy New Year. If requested, kikkake staff can handwrite a message on the back (please see Important Notes for detailed instructions).
Please use this service for presents, New Year's gifts, or year-end gifts for relatives or friends whom you don't have the opportunity to hand-deliver to or who live far away.

Ordering with Gift Packing is completed
in two easy steps.

To order with Gift Packing, please first select one of the 6 message cards above and add it to your cart along with the items you wish to send. When checking out, please enter your own information in the "Orderer" field and the recipient's name, address, and phone number in the "Shipping Address" field. Of course, you can also order if the orderer and recipient information are the same, such as when sending to your own home.
In summary, the delivery process is completed in two steps: ① Add the message card to your cart along with the items you wish to send and purchase, and ② Enter the recipient's information in the shipping address field. We hope you'll feel free to use our Gift Packing service.

We are open all year round, even during the New Year's holiday, and orders will be shipped on the same day or by the next day, making this service highly recommended for Christmas presents, New Year's gifts, and other occasions. Deliveries generally arrive the day after shipping, and two days after shipping for Hokkaido, Chugoku region, Shikoku, and Kyushu (Okinawa takes even longer). You can specify a delivery date and time for any date after that, and if you have any concerns, please contact us at info@kikkake-store.com.

For example, if the recipient enjoys cooking, how about combining cooking utensils such as an oil bottle, a pasta measure, or a Noda Horo food container? For a wedding gift, perhaps kitchen linens and cutlery would be nice.

Things to note when using the service

• If the product has a price written on it or a sticker attached, please rest assured that we will remove or mask it so that the recipient cannot see it.
• For one order, there will be one delivery address. If you wish to send gifts to multiple people, please place separate orders for each, selecting a message card for each.
• The product name on the delivery slip will be "Household goods (Gift from Mr./Ms. △△)".
• If you wish to add a message or text to the back of the message card, please send an email to info@kikkake-store.com after completing your order, including ① your full name as the orderer and ② the message you wish to add (up to approximately 70 characters). Our staff will handwrite the message for you.
• Although rare, due to busy periods for the shipping company, delivery may not be possible on your desired arrival date. If you have a preferred arrival date, we recommend placing your order with several days to spare.
