For salads, sweets, and side dishes.
A versatile plate for any occasion.
At first glance, this plate appears simple and flat. However, I believe that the subtle工夫 (ingenuity) found throughout contributes to its sophisticated appearance and timeless usability.
Although it looks like a flat plate, it has a slight curve towards the rim, allowing your fingers to easily slip underneath. This small "gap" is very convenient for lifting and lowering the plate when using it as a side dish plate.
It's perfect for serving a generous salad, and also works well with cakes and dango (Japanese dumplings). You can also serve bread, rice, or even shumai on it, and it will look adorable. It's a reliable plate that beautifully balances whatever you serve on it.

Compact but not too delicate,
easy for everyday use.
This SyuRo series is made from stoneware, which is a type of pottery with properties "between earthenware and porcelain." Although it may not be a familiar term, its appeal lies in the "crisp hardness" reminiscent of stone, which is created by firing iron-rich clay at high temperatures.
While possessing the pleasant coolness derived from porcelain, it also has the texture and stability of earthenware, making it not overly delicate and easy to use casually in various settings. It also pairs well with other tableware.

Versatile Ice White,
sharp Blue,
and sophisticated Greige.
When I first saw it, the greige captivated me with its elegance. The official color is listed as gray, but since it's unglazed and the natural color of the clay is utilized, there's some individual variation, sometimes leaning more towards brown or having a stronger gray tone, so I've described it as greige here. The clean, crisp feel comes from the unglazed, fired clay. It's a color that instantly brings out the best in any food you serve, acting as a vibrant accent.
The blue is a glossy, deep navy, like a gleaming stone. It sharply accentuates food, making it look cool and sophisticated. It pairs incredibly well with ingredients of white, brown, yellow, and green. The glossy glaze also makes it easy to clean.
And then there's Ice White, so versatile that you'll want to serve almost anything on it. It's a slightly grayish white, so even if you already own many white dishes, I believe you'll find it refreshingly new.

For greige, we recommend
applying oil as part of its care.
The greige plate, with its individual variations in clay color and the way its hue deepens and settles over time, is something we hope you'll enjoy. However, you might notice fingerprints standing out when you use it, or uneven coloring from water drops after washing.
If this bothers you, before use, take a small amount of a neutral vegetable oil, such as salad oil or taibaku sesame oil, on a paper towel and lightly rub it in, then quickly rinse with water. After that, we recommend gently dabbing away moisture with a lint-free cloth or paper.
Of course, you can also use it without worrying about these steps. But if you do find yourself concerned, taking this little extra effort will make your experience more pleasant.
