Enamel is ideal for storing prepared meals and leftover ingredients. Enamel is made by applying a glass-based glaze to an iron base and firing it at high temperatures. It combines the strength of metal with the luster and corrosion resistance of glass.

Heat-resistant, so freshly cooked
food can be placed directly inside.

This "Rectangle Deep Type" series is rectangular and deep, making it easy to store tall ingredients like boiled eggs, as well as thick dishes like large batches of tomato sauce or roasted pork.
Enamel is heat-resistant and also resistant to vinegar and salt, so you can place freshly cooked food directly inside, or store marinated and pickled items without worry. Due to its glass-like surface, dirt washes off easily, making it simple to clean.
Please note that the lid is made of plastic and is not heat-resistant. We recommend letting hot food cool down to some extent before covering it with the lid.

Product features and things to note

• After use, wash with a neutral detergent and sponge, then wipe thoroughly and dry.
• The enamel body can be used in an oven and dishwasher. However, it cannot be used in a microwave. Please note that the lid cannot be used in an oven, dishwasher, or microwave.
• There may be black lines or dots on the enamel surface. These are due to unevenness in the glaze when applied manually, where the black undercoat shows through. Since these do not indicate a defect in use, please understand that they will not be considered defective products.
• The lid is relatively prone to absorbing food odors and colors. If this is a concern, we recommend placing plastic wrap between the food and the lid or cleaning it with baking soda.
