From that perspective, this VISION measuring cup is honestly a little lacking. Being made of glass, it's somewhat heavy, and its thickness makes it a bit difficult to read the correct value for clear liquids like water or alcohol without looking at it from a horizontal position. However, it has unique charms that outweigh these drawbacks: its lustrous, deep amber-colored glass, its plump, thick, and soft form, and a presence that looks good even when left out in the kitchen.
While not suitable for situations requiring strict measurements, such as baking, it's perfectly adequate for everyday use where approximate measurements are fine. Its stylish appearance makes cooking a little more enjoyable, and that's the kind of measuring cup it is.
