Hello. This is Nishida (Jiro) from kikkake.
On this page, I'll be introducing some of my current recommendations from kikkake's product lineup. You can access each product's sales page via the product image link at the bottom right of each article.

OTTINETTI
Mini Saucepan, Single Handle

First up are the single-handle series of OTTINETTI mini saucepans, which were just released recently. The double-handle type was released before this series, and both are very popular products.
There are several sizes in the single-handle series. The other day, I made mini acqua pazza in the medium 12cm diameter type. I made it for two people, and the quantity was just right. The risotto after the acqua pazza was superb!
I served it directly on the table, and after we finished eating, I took it to the kitchen to make risotto, then brought it back to the table. Since it's a small size, it doesn't take up much space and there's less washing up, making it a convenient and lovely little pot.

Noda Horo
Stocker Gray

Among the various storage containers available, the Noda Horo stocker is what I personally use and love.
Enamel doesn't retain odors easily, and its smooth surface makes it easy to clean. Many foods stored long-term have strong odors, so enamel is just right. And above all, this gray stocker has a really cool color! It comes in white and gray, so I use both. It's not strictly necessary to have two different colors, but having two colors adds a certain charm.
For me, whether a storage container looks nice in the fridge or freezer is quite important, so I choose Noda Horo because I find it stylish. Having cool storage containers makes things more enjoyable, doesn't it?

PILLIVUYT
Oval Plate

Lastly, I'd like to introduce the Pillivuyt oval plate, a simple oval dish. The round plate is what I use most often, followed by the oval plate. Among them, this Pillivuyt plate is pure white, versatile, and very easy to use.
I often make and eat curry, and depending on my mood, I change the plate. If I serve it on a round plate, it feels like regular Japanese curry, but if I put it on an oval plate, it becomes curry served at a Western restaurant or an old-established hotel. It goes well with anything and is a reliable dish that works wonderfully for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
