The aluminum pot can be used over direct heat, and the ceramic pot is oven and microwave safe, making it incredibly versatile. It's a product that excels in both visual appeal and functionality. It is manufactured by OTTINETTI, an Italian kitchenware brand founded in 1920. OTTINETTI's pots use only "Aluminum A1050," which has a high safety level with over 99.5% aluminum content, characterized by high thermal conductivity and the ability to heat ingredients quickly and evenly. Its lightness, characteristic of aluminum, and ease of cleaning are also attractive features.

Although this product is a set with a pot and a ceramic insert, the small aluminum pot with two handles can be used on its own. There are three variations: shallow type with a diameter of 12cm and 14cm, and medium type with a diameter of 12cm. Please try using it as a stylish pot that can be served directly at the table for dishes like ajillo, where oil is simmered gently, or steamed clams in wine, or aquapazza, utilizing the lid. A benefit of using the pot as a serving dish is that it reduces the amount of washing up. However, please note that placing the ceramic insert in the pot directly over an open flame is not recommended as it may cause the ceramic insert to crack. The shallow 12cm diameter is perfect for one person, while the shallow 14cm diameter and medium 12cm diameter are just right for sharing in the center of a table for 2-3 people.

The ceramic pot can be used in the oven, toaster, and microwave, which broadens the range of dishes you can enjoy. It's perfect for dishes where melted cheese is delicious, such as gratins, lasagnas, and onion gratin soup. It also works wonderfully for sweets that require slow baking in the oven, like bread pudding and crème brûlée. Please be careful when handling it, as it will be very hot after baking. We recommend having the two-handled pot ready as a saucer nearby.

• The aluminum pot cannot be used with IH cooktops except for those compatible with all-metal cookware.
• Do not place the ceramic pot inside the aluminum pot directly over an open flame. This may cause the ceramic pot to break.
• The ceramic pot can be used in the oven and microwave.
• Due to the manufacturing process, the aluminum pot may have minor scratches, scuffs, or stains, and the ceramic pot may have black spots.
