OTTINETTI exclusively uses "Aluminum A1050," which has an aluminum content of 99.5% or more and is highly safe. Therefore, it has high thermal conductivity, allowing ingredients to be heated uniformly, and also features rapid cooling.
It makes vegetable and egg appetizers like Spanish omelets and ratatouille look appealing, and is also suitable for main dishes such as gratin, roasted meat, and fish. Due to its quick cooling properties, it's also perfect for making desserts like puddings and tiramisu.

In practice, it's surprisingly easy to use, perhaps due to its flat, plain shape and lightness. You can temporarily hold prepared ingredients, season meat or fish with salt and pepper on both sides and let them chill in the refrigerator... use it as a tray during cooking, then either serve it as is or transfer the finished ingredients into it, bake in the oven, and bring it to the table. This drastically reduces the amount of washing up. Beyond its stylish appearance, I find it to be a rational and versatile cooking tool.

The brass ring can be used as a hook, so you can hang it in the kitchen when not in use. However, I personally use it for "display storage" by placing a thin cloth on it and organizing glasses and small kitchen tools.
