Product Specifications and Features

Set it in an enamel container,
and use it as a frying rack or draining rack.
The mesh is not too fine, making it easy to wash.
This frying rack is suitable for use with Noda Horo's bat (Rectangle Shallow M size) that we carry at kikkake. The bat is actually a slightly rounded rectangle, so there will be a small gap when placing this straight rack on it, but since they are almost the same size, we believe it can be used without any problems.
The mesh pitch is 1.4cm, which is neither too fine nor too wide, making it just right for adequately draining oil and also easy to wash. It's also useful for preparation tasks like placing salted meat or fish on the rack to drain excess moisture.

Chrome plating
resistant to rust and scratches.
This rack is made of iron with chrome plating. It has a beautiful luster and is resistant to rust and corrosion, making it suitable as a frying rack and hygienic to use. It is a durable tool that resists deformation and can be used for a long time.
