Hello. This is Nishida (Jiro) from kikkake.
On this page, I will introduce some of our recommended products from kikkake's lineup. You can access the sales page for each product via the product image link in the bottom right of each section.
TUXTON
Green Bay Bread Plate
I believe durability is a huge advantage for dishes used daily, and since this plate is a commercial-grade product made in America, it's quite sturdy. The bread plate is slightly larger than a typical small plate, which is convenient. It's perfect not only as a small serving plate but also large enough for side dishes or even a light main course. Personally, I recommend it for serving baked goods, as it adds a nice touch.

Original Oil Bottle
The five seasonings I use most when cooking are salt, pepper, olive oil, sesame oil, and taihaku sesame oil. I created this oil bottle because I wanted to keep them all in similar containers. It meets all my requirements for an oil bottle: stylish, easy to pour, comes with a lid, doesn't leak, easy to refill, and transparent so you can see the contents. I put olive oil in a green bottle to prevent oxidation, and the other two, which can be distinguished by color, go into transparent bottles. Keeping these three bottles next to the kitchen, ready for use at any time, is my current best setup.
LINO E LINA
Kitchen Cloth Basic
I've tried many kitchen cloths, but after considering absorbency, drying speed, ease of use, and above all, aesthetics, I believe linen is the best material. LINO E LINA's kitchen cloths also have a wonderful design, and since they've been pre-washed, they feel comfortable from the start. I prefer basic designs for kitchen cloths to maintain balance with other kitchen tools, so if you feel the same, these three are highly recommended.
Stay tuned for next week's update!
