A new size has arrived for Noda Horo's stockers, available at kikkake. This "Square" series is perfectly compact, just right for storing leftover food or fruits. Although it's called "Square," the length and width differ by a few millimeters, so it's not a perfect square, but its charming, plump shape is advantageous as it doesn't take up much space in the refrigerator. Yet, when you actually use it, you'll likely find that it holds more than it appears.
We also recommend using it in conjunction with the rectangular (white/gray) series, which can store plenty of meal prep or be used as a tray for breading fried foods or prepping ingredients.

Resistant to heat and acid,
it's also characterized by its versatility with ingredients and dishes.

The "Square" is perfect for when you want to store small items, such as a spoonful of leftover dish after serving, pickles that you want to preserve with their liquid after opening, a little bit of leftover tofu or konjac, or lemons you've cut and want to stock. Enamel is resistant to heat, acid, and salt, so you can put freshly made dishes directly into it, or store pickles and marinades without worry. Furthermore, because its surface is glass-like, it's resistant to stains and odors and easy to wash. Please note that the lid is made of plastic and is not heat-resistant, so it's recommended to let hot dishes cool down to some extent before putting the lid on.

Enamel is made by applying a glass-like glaze to an iron base and firing it at a high temperature. It combines the strength of metal with the luster and corrosion resistance derived from glass.

Product Features / Points to Note

• After use, wash with neutral detergent and a sponge, wipe thoroughly to remove moisture, and dry.
• The enamel body can be used in the oven and dishwasher. However, it cannot be used in the microwave. The lid cannot be used in the oven, dishwasher, or microwave, so please be careful.
• There may be black lines or dots on the enamel surface. This is due to unevenness in the glaze when applied by hand, allowing the black base to show through. These are not considered defects as they do not affect use.
• The lid is relatively prone to absorbing food odors and colors. If this is a concern, we recommend placing plastic wrap between the lid and container, or cleaning with baking soda.
