Enamelware is very suitable as a container for storing meal prep dishes or leftover ingredients. Enamelware is made by applying a vitreous glaze to an iron base and firing it at high temperatures. It has the strength of metal and the luster and corrosion resistance derived from glass.

Heat resistant, so you can put freshly
cooked food directly into it.

This "Rectangle Deep Type" series is rectangular and deep, so tall ingredients like boiled eggs fit easily, and it's also easy to put in large batches of tomato sauce or thick dishes like roasted pork.
Enamel is resistant to heat, as well as vinegar and salt, so you can put freshly cooked food directly into it, and you can also confidently use it for marinades and pickles. Because it's glass, dirt slides off easily, making it easy to wash.
Please note that the lid is made of plastic and is not heat resistant. When putting hot food in, it is recommended to let it cool down to some extent before putting on the lid.

Product Features & Important Notes

• After use, wash with a neutral detergent and sponge, then wipe thoroughly and dry.
• The enamel body can be used in an oven and dishwasher. However, it cannot be used in a microwave. Please note that the lid cannot be used in an oven, dishwasher, or microwave.
• You may find black lines or spots on the surface of the enamel. These are due to unevenness in the glaze during the manual application of the vitreous glaze, allowing the black undercoat to show through. Since these do not affect usage, please understand that they are not considered defects.
• The lid is relatively prone to absorbing food odors and colors. If this is a concern, we recommend placing plastic wrap between the food and the lid or cleaning the lid with baking soda.
