Linen is a highly suitable material for kitchen cloths due to its excellent absorbency, quick-drying properties, and increased strength when wet.
While some linen products may shrink when washed due to these properties, the cloths we've selected have been pre-washed, virtually eliminating concerns about shrinkage. They offer a soft and rich texture right from the start.
Furthermore, linen contains a high amount of pectin, which acts as a binder between fibers. This pectin has a coating effect and high antibacterial properties, making the cloths resistant to dirt and easy to clean. They are also durable enough to be machine washed, making them a hygienic and long-lasting kitchen cloth.

Product characteristics and points to note

• As the product has been pre-washed, there may be a difference of approximately 5% from the indicated size due to shrinkage during processing.
• Due to the nature of dyeing natural fibers, dark-colored products may experience color bleeding or transfer. We recommend washing separately for the first wash.
• Avoid leaving the product wet for extended periods, as this may cause color bleeding or transfer.
• Machine washing is possible, but please use a detergent without optical brighteners and avoid chlorine-based bleach.
• It is susceptible to fading from direct sunlight, so we recommend drying in the shade.
• During the manufacturing process, plant fibers or threads of other colors may be mixed in, and wrinkles may occur in the fabric. We appreciate your understanding of these characteristics.
• Please note that slubs, which are knots or lumps of intertwined fibers, or streaks may be visible on the fabric surface. If prominent, you can use a pointed object like a sewing needle to push them to the back of the fabric to make them less noticeable.
